1/4 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
1 scoop Stevia Powder
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground
2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Original
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Molasses
1/2 serving usana nutrimeal 2scoops

Recipe Directions for gingersnap cookies 2

  1. Dry Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cup brown rice protein powder (or whey)

  3. 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour

  4. 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  5. 2 teaspoons powdered Stevia

  6. 1 tbs fresh, chopped ginger root

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 2 pinches of salt

  9. 1 tablespoon ginger

  10. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1/4 teaspoon allspice

  12. Pinch of cloves

  13. 1 tablespoon organic brown sugar

  14. Wet

  15. 2 egg whites

  16. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  17. 2 tablespoons molasses

  18. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix, then add wet ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Roll teaspoon size balls and flatten as much as you can onto a cookie sheet. (you may need to use flour on your hands or wooden spatula when flattening them)
