Recipe Ingredients for Ginger's Whole Wheat Wafflles

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tbsp splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 egg white
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp country crock light
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Ginger's Whole Wheat Wafflles

Wisk together whole wheat pastry flour, oatmeal, splenda, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a seperate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Preheat waffle iron. Fold wet into dry until just combined. I use two medium ice cream scoops as a serving. Cook to your manufacturer's specs.
