Recipe Ingredients for Ginger's Steel Cut Oatmeal

4 cups Steel Cut Oats
8 cups 2% Milk
8 cups Water
1/2 cup Dried Blueberries
3/4 cup Dried Cranberries
4 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Ginger's Steel Cut Oatmeal

  1. Using a 5-6 Quart crockpot on medium setting, add the following ingredients.

  2. 4 cups Steel Cut Oats

  3. 8 cups 2% Milk

  4. 8 cups Water

  5. 1/2 cup Dried Blueberries

  6. 3/4 cup Dried Craisins (Cranberries)

  7. 4 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar

  8. 2 tbsp Cinnamon

  9. 1 tbsp Vanilla

  10. 1/2 tsp Salt

  11. Let cook for 6 to 7 hours, and serve. 16 servings.
