Recipe Ingredients for gingered pork & pepper stir fry

4.5 cup Pepper Stir-Fry
1 serving(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 oz Fresh Tenderloin
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for gingered pork & pepper stir fry

Cut the pork into cubes or strips ahead of time. Combine soy sauce & corn starch & mix well with a whisk ahead of time. Heat the oil in a wok then add pork. Add garlic powder & ginger, to taste. We like more ginger. Stir till nearly done. Add full bag of the Birds Eye pepper stir fry veges & stir till nearly done. Add the soy sauce mixture & stir till thickened.
