Makes a great breakfast. You can top with a few slivered almonds and add a 1/4 cup skim milk. Great for those cold winter mornings.

Recipe Ingredients for Gingered Peach & Pear Crisp

2 peaches, sliced (skin optional)
2 pears, sliced and cored (peel optional)
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup oats, quick cook type
2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Gingered Peach & Pear Crisp

  1. In an 8 inch quiche dish or a 8X1 1/2 round baking pan combine peaches, pears and fresh ginger.

  2. In a small bowl stir together the oats and Splenda brand brown sugar. Sprinkle topping evenly over the fruit. Bake in 475 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
