No added fat. Excellent served beside or on grilled chicken or fish! *Note - I actually use 1/4 honeydew, cubed, and 1/4 canteloupe, cubed, but the site doesn't recognize canteloupe for some reason?

Recipe Ingredients for Gingered Fruit Salsa

1/6 watermelon, cubes or balls
1/2 honeydew, cubes or balls *
1 mango, cubed
8 strawberries, sliced
8 oz pineapple, cubed
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbs chives, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup basil leaves, tear large ones in half

Recipe Directions for Gingered Fruit Salsa

  1. Gently toss melons, mango, strawberries and pineapple in large bowl.

  2. Whisk balsamic vinegar, black pepper, lime juice, garlic and ginger together and pour over fruit.

  3. Gently toss salsa, and add basil leaves :D
