Recipe Ingredients for gingerbread waffles

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
4 oz Domino Light Brown Sugar
4 oz Molasses
1.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 serving Double Acting Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for gingerbread waffles

Beat egg yolks with fork; add in milk, molasses, and brown sugar and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices. Add liquid ingredients to dry, along with melted butter;mix until blended. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold into batter. Bake in waffle iron.
