Recipe Ingredients for Gingerbread

1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 c canola oil
1/3 c molasses
6 oz fat free yogurt, plain

Recipe Directions for Gingerbread

  1. heat oven to 350

  2. use canola spray on 8" or 9" pan

  3. mix first six dry ingredients

  4. Fold in wet ingredients

  5. pour into pan

  6. bake 20-25 minutes
