Recipe Ingredients for Gingerbread

3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c molasses
2/3 c margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c flour, sorghum
1/4 c buckwheat flour
2 1/2 c rice flour, white

Recipe Directions for Gingerbread

  1. Mix ingredients in order listed.

  2. Bake in greased 9x13 pan. 350 until done.
