1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup 2% milk
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  1. In a medium sized bowl mix the oats, flaxseed, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. Stir in milk and water.

  3. Mix in pumpkin.

  4. Place in fridge for 1.5 hours or overnight.
