Gingerbread Pancakes Recipe

Makes 8 servings



The yummy taste of gingerbread in pancake form. Make even more healthy by using lower fat or fat-free versions of the Bisquick, milk, and egg, as well as substituting honey or substitute for sugar. Makes 16, thin pancakes. Two are a serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Gingerbread Pancakes

1 c Bisquick
1/2 c molasses
1 egg
1/2 c 2% milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Gingerbread Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients. Allow to sit for five minutes or so.

  2. Cook on a heated griddle prepared with Pam.
