Super healthy, wholegrain, low-sugar & fat gingerbread

Recipe Ingredients for Gingerbread loaf

1 1/2 cups wholewheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 tbs Flax Seed
2 tbs hot water
2 tbs molasses
1/4 cup agave syrup
3 g Stevia
1 tbs freshly grated ginger
2 carrots grated/pureed
1 cup almond breeze
1 tsp avocado oil

Recipe Directions for Gingerbread loaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together wet.

  3. Fold wet into dry and pour into a greased loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until baked through and golden.
