Gingerbread Cake with Silken Tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Gingerbread Cake

7 oz Pastry flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp dried ginger
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 salt
1 7/10 oz silken tofu
4 oz sugar
1 oz molasses
4 oz vegetable oil
4 oz hot water

Recipe Directions for Gingerbread Cake

Sift together dry ingredients. Which together wet ingredients, except hot water. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Pour hot water over mixture and continue to mix. Bake at 350.
