Excellent, asian-inspired vinaigrette. Great on baby greens w/seared sea scallops.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Vinaigrette

1/4 cup canola oil
2 T rice wine vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2 T dark sesame oil
1 T grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Ginger Vinaigrette

Whirl all but oil in blender. Add oil slowly in a thin stream to emulsify. Chill for at least 1 hour.
