Recipe Ingredients for ginger tofu with asparagus and mushrooms

1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp canola oil
454 g tofu
318 g asparagus
284 g mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp ginger

Recipe Directions for ginger tofu with asparagus and mushrooms

  1. combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl and stir. set aside

  2. heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan over medium high heat. brown tofu (5 min) and remove from pan

  3. heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan add asparagus and mushrooms, stir fry till tender (5 min) add garlic, ginger, tofu and sauce
