Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Syrup

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cups water
1/2 cups ginger

Recipe Directions for Ginger Syrup

  1. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to medium pot

  2. Peal and slice Ginger

  3. add ginger to pot bring to a boil

  4. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 15 minutes

  5. remove from heat and cool

  6. strain through a fine mesh, preferably a jelly strainer

  7. bottle and refrigerate
