1 carrot, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 clove garlic
5 tbsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 leek, sliced
5 cups bean sprouts
2 tbsp soy sauce
