An Asian style stir fry using whatever type of white fish with a mild taste you desire.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Stir Fried Veggies with Fish

1 1/2 cups brown rice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
3 cups water
3 medium onions
8 cloves garlic
3 cups frozen broccoli
3 cups green beans (french cut)
3 cups chopped red peppers
24 oz water chestnuts
15 grams (1 teaspoon) Kikkoman soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper (McKormick Szechuan Style Pepper Blend)
1 tablespoon ginger
4 lbs white fish

Recipe Directions for Ginger Stir Fried Veggies with Fish

  1. Remove the skin from the fish fillets and discard

  2. Cut the fish fillets into bite sized pieces

  3. Chop onions, red pepper, and garlic

  4. drain water off water chestnuts

  5. Saute frozen and chopped vegetables with water chestnuts and soy sauce

  6. Put raw brown rice and chopped fish fillets in skillet with oil and brown on medium heat

  7. Add the brown rice and fish to the sauted vegetables with water, ginger, and pepper

  8. blend

  9. Bring water to a boil and then turn heat down to medium and simmer until rice is

  10. slightly chewy (about 30 minutes) checking frequently to make sure the water doesn't

  11. evaporate before the rice is cooked
