Spiced pork, easy and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Spiced Pork Chops

4 pork chops, lean cut, thick and boneless
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp ginger, fresh grated
8 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Ginger Spiced Pork Chops

  1. Make a paste with the paprika, garam masala, tumeric, brown sugar, garlic and oil.

  2. Spread the paste on both sides of the pork.

  3. Marinade in an oiled pan for at least half an hour.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven, 425C.

  5. Bake for half an hour, turn over and bake for another half hour or less if cooked through.

  6. Cool and allow meat to set before serving with brown basmati rice and salad.
