1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 tbsp Ultra Creamy Butter Unsalted
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.75 tsp Baking Soda
0.75 tsp Ginger, Ground
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.5 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Ginger + Spice cookies

  1. cream butter, apple sauce, splenda, eggs

  2. sift other ingredients

  3. stir in the butter mixture

  4. drop tablespoon size pieces onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
