Subbed olive oil for pomace oil 3.5 ounces is 1/4 of a 14 ounce jar of jam Subbed canned chilis for Sambal Assumed 1/8 tsp or a dash of salt would be added for taste

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Soy Vinaigrette

1 cup olive oil
2 cups lime juice
2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups corn syrup
1 cup sesame oil
3 1/2 ounces jam
1/4 cup fish sauce
3 tbsp red chilis, canned
2 tbsp garlic, ground
1 cup pickled ginger
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Ginger Soy Vinaigrette

Puree lime juice, raspberry jam, and fish sauce. Put sambal, garlic, and ginger in robo coup. Finely chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients together well.
