Adapted from the Flat Belly Diet. Asian inspired marinade works either on the outdoor grill, indoor grill pan, or even roasted in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Soy Chicken Breast, Grilled

1/4 c reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 T ginger, grated
2 T honey
2 T miso paste
1 T garlic, pressed
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1552 g Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Soy Chicken Breast, Grilled

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large ziplock bag.

  2. Add the 8 raw chicken breasts to the bag and smush everything around to coat the chicken thoroughly. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  4. Cook the chicken on the grill (or in the oven) until a thermometer inserted into the thickestpart of the breast registers 165 degrees.
