Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Short Bread Wedges

1 stick Butter
0.97 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Ginger Short Bread Wedges

  1. In mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and ginger

  2. Add flour, mix well (dough will be crumbly)

  3. Press dough into an 8 inch round pan

  4. Using a fork, prick score lines to form 8 wedges

  5. Bake at 325F for 32-35 minutes

  6. Immediately cut into wedges along score marks, cool in pan on a wire rack
