Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette

2 tbsps splenda
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
1/4 c water
1 dash lime juice
1/4 c sliced green onions
1/4 c yellow miso
4 tsps canola oil
2 tsps dark sesame oil
2 tbsps low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk till smooth.

  2. Stir in green onions & the remaining ingredients.

  3. Yields 1 1/3 c (serving size 1 tbsp).

  4. *Use as marinade for Tofu "steaks"
