Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Pork

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
6 grams Cornstarch
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.33 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 serving Cooking Wine
2.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Rib (Chops), Boneless

Recipe Directions for Ginger Pork

  1. Slice pork.

  2. Combine sesame oil, salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.

  3. Marinate pork slices in above mixture for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Peel and finely grate ginger root. Julienne onion.

  5. Over very high heat, heat canola oil in a wok.

  6. Stir fry ginger and onion until fragrant.

  7. Add pork to wok, stir fry just until cooked.

  8. Add sherry and cook for 1 additional minute.

  9. Serve over rice.
