Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Pepper Steak

17/20 lb Beef, Round, Bottom Round
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
4 tsp granulated sugar
4 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 stalk green onion
1/4 green bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Ginger Pepper Steak

  1. Slice steak into thin slices and season with salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

  2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and ginger in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Add canola oil to a pan and cook steaks, until brown.

  4. Add sauce mixture and toss.

  5. Cut up green onion and green bell pepper and add to the pan.

  6. Let cook for a few minutes and serve with white rice.
