Recipe Ingredients for Ginger peanut tofu 2

454 grams (Sacramento Tofu Company) Tofu, Extra Firm
40 grams Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
13 grams Honey Squeezable
10 grams Rice Vinegar
30 grams Naturally Brewed Premium Tamari Soy Sauce
30 grams Ginger Root
20 grams Garlic
150 grams Ready-Cut - Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Ginger peanut tofu 2

  1. Fry tofu in oil. Mix remaining ingredients and dilute a bit with water.

  2. When tofu is cooked, add sauce, stir to coat, and reduce. If the sauce remains watery, thicken with a paste of 1 T cornstarch + 1 T water.
