Recipe Ingredients for Ginger peanut beef stir fry

1 pound round steak
1 cup broccoli
1 onion
1 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 cup water
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Ginger peanut beef stir fry

  1. Cook garlic and ginger in wok on medium heat. Remove when garlic browns - about 2 minutes.

  2. Cook thinly sliced steak until brown. Remove from pan when done.

  3. Cook onion and pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook additional 2-3 minutes.
