Ginger Pancakes Dairy Free. SERVING FOR SINGLE PERSON ONLY.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Pancakes

35 grams (Tesco) Self raising flour
236 grams Water
1 dash Salt, Table
1 serving (Tesco) Apple Sauce
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Ginger Pancakes

  1. Sieve 35g Flour into pouring jug.

  2. Add a pinch of Salt and a teaspoon of Ginger.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  4. Slowly add 230 ml of water, and be prepared to whisk vigourously as mixture gets lumpy.

  5. Add 1 drop of Vanilla Extract.

  6. Add 1 tbsp of Apple Sauce to keep the Pancakes moist.

  7. Fry on each side for 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
