Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Mustard Squash Slaw

0.33 head, small (4" dia) Cabbage, Red
1 medium raw(78 g) Carrots
36 grams Onion Red
28 grams Coarse Grain Mustard
28 grams Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
9 grams Olive Oil
2 tbsp(31 g) Makoto Ginger Dressing
1 cup(70 g) Bok Choy
0.23 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Ginger Mustard Squash Slaw

Chop/slice all veggies and put in a tupper ware container. Add the vinegar, oil and mustard with a little black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and let marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
