Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Maple Chard

2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 pound chard, leaves and stems separated and chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Maple Chard

Saute the onion, ginger, and chard stems in the oil. When soft, add the leaves and continue cooking until the leaves are completely wilted (approx. 2 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the maple over the chard mixture and stir to combine.
