Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Lime Noodles

1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup red pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup tamari
3 tbs canola oil
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs corn starch
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Lime Noodles

  1. Cook noodles.

  2. Mix sauce ingredients (including ginger)

  3. Saute garlic 30 sec. Add veggies, cook until tender.

  4. Add pasta and sauce. Cook until thickened.
