Asian-inspired chicken - great on salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Lime Chicken

1.74 lbs chicken breast
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tsp ginger, fresh grated
2 tsp honey
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Lime Chicken

  1. Place chicken in a glass baking dish.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour marinade mixture over chicken.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

  5. Take chicken out of the refrigerator.

  6. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  7. Remove cover and place room-temperature chicken in the oven.

  8. Roast for 25 minutes.
