2 lemon wedges
1 tablespoon grated ginger

Recipe Directions for Ginger and Lemon Tea

  1. Grate ginger and lemon zest into a mug.

  2. Squeeze wedges into cup, separate pulp from peel and add. Discard peel.

  3. Add honey.

  4. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
