Recipe Ingredients for Ginger and lemon tea

2 oz. Ginger root, peeled
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Ginger and lemon tea

Cut and peel ginger. Add to 1.5 cups of hot water. Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Add tsp of lemon juice (optional) and sweetener of choice. Honey adds more calories. I like Truvia.
