406 grams raw leeks
1 T unsalted butter
26 grams garlic
2 grams table salt
2 grams black pepper
130 grams raw carrot
234 grams raw sweet potato
156 grams raw celery
14 grams raw ginger
1260 grams water

Recipe Directions for Ginger Leek Soup

chop all the veggies and saute them with the butter. Add salt and pepper and stir occasionally for 20 minutes. Add water and cook until veggies are tender.
