Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Glaze for Mahi Mahi

3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Ginger Glaze for Mahi Mahi

  1. n a shallow glass dish, stir together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic and olive oil. Place fillets into the dish. If the fillets have skin on them, place them skin side down. Cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinate.

  2. Take mahi mahi out of marinade, wrap in foil packets, and place in slow cooker on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.

  3. Take remaining marinade mixture and boil it in small pot on stove for 10 minutes, until sauce is thickened to your liking.

  4. Spoon glaze over fish and serve hot. Great with rice and steamed vegetables.
