Recipe Ingredients for Ginger-Curry Salad

1/2 c. Yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/3 c. raisins
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 c. mixed salad greens
2 tbsp. sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for Ginger-Curry Salad

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, curry, ginger and thyme. Stir in raisins, cover an refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  2. Combine celery with yogurt mixture.

  3. Line 2 plates with mixed salad greens. Top each with a portion of turkey mixture and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
