1 lb cranberries
1 cup red onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbls fresh ginger
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Ginger Cranberries with Red Onion

  1. Peel then grate or chop ginger into fine pieces

  2. Peel and quarter onion, then slice into thin strips

  3. In a large sauce pan add all ingredients

  4. bring to a boil stir to combine, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes to reduce
