Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Cookies

3/4 cups butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Ginger Cookies

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients and add to the wet. Roll into balls little bigger than marble. Roll in sugar. Put balls intact onto lined cookie sheet.
