Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Cookies

1 1/2 cup crisco
2 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 cup flour
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Ginger Cookies

  1. cream crisco, sugar, molasses, egg

  2. add dry ingredients

  3. chill dough x 30 min

  4. roll in to balls 1" diameter

  5. roll balls in cinnamon /sugar mixture

  6. bake 350 degree for 15 minutes
