Steamed Ginger & Cilantro marinated Halibut

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger & Cilantro Halibut

1 clove Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tsp Ginger Root
3 wedge yields Lime Juice
100 grams Cilantro
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Ginger & Cilantro Halibut

  1. Create sauce.

  2. Season both sides of each filet with S&P.

  3. Brush each filet with 1 tbsp cilantro & ginger sauce.

  4. Steam.

  5. Plate filets and drizzle with additional sauce.

  6. Serve.
