Simple clean flavoured asian style chicken - great with Shiitake Mushroom Risotto

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chilli Chicken

200 g Choy Sum (sliced)
250 g boneless skinless breast fillets (sliced)
30 g Spring Onions (sliced)
1 peppers, hot chili, red (minced)
1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
1 tspn olive oil
1 tspn Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chilli Chicken

  1. Heat wok on medium heat - add Ginger, chilli and spring onions, fry for 1 minute

  2. Add chicken, brown, then add Choy Sum and 1 tablespoon water - cover for 1 minute, stir and leave on heat till veg cooked to desired texture. Add Soy and stir

  3. Serve with Shiitake Mushroom Risotto
