Recipe Ingredients for Ginger chicken thighs

1 1/2 lbs chicken thigh
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
1 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp cooking wine

Recipe Directions for Ginger chicken thighs

Stir fry onion. then add garlic. then add chicken, and last add water mixed in with cornstarch to thicken.
