Ginger Chicken with Thai Rice Noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chicken with Thai Rice Noodles

4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
5 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons grated ginger
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
7 ounces thai rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken with Thai Rice Noodles

Heat oil over high heat in wok; stir-fry chicken, garlic and ginger. Add sauce, then stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, and stir-fry until chicken is cooked. Serve over noodles
