Chicken stir fry with ginger, zucchini, & peas. You can also use broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

1 1/2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
7 1/2 tbs Water
1 tbs Cornstarch
1 1/2 tbs honey
20 oz Chicken
3 tbs Ginger
1 tbs Chopped Garlic
1 tbs Shallots
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 1/2 cups zucchini

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Mix soy sauce, water, cornstarch, & honey. Set aside.

  2. Saute Shallots, ginger, & garlic in pan until soft. Add Chicken until cooked. Add Veggies and sauce. Cook until veggies are done.
