Recommended by a friend haven't tried it yet. Have to puree the carrots and what not before adding the chicken to the soup. Supposed to have an Indian Cuisine feeling.

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chicken Soup

1 Onion diced
2 tbs Ginger
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 Carrots
1 cup 2% milk
13 1/2 fl oz. Coconut milk
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 oz. Chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken Soup

  1. Dice onion

  2. Brown onions

  3. chop and grate ginger

  4. add chili powder and cinnamon

  5. chop carrots

  6. take all off of burner when carrots are soft and add milk and coconut milk and orange juice.

  7. heat/cool/ puree

  8. cook chicken

  9. add to soup after puree
