Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chicken

4 Serving Chicken
2.67 serving Soy Sauce
4 oz Sherry
0.13 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken

  1. Add chicken, rounded side down, to 10-inch skillet. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/3 cup water; pour over chicken. Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Turn chicken, cover and continue to cook 10 minutes.

  2. Remove cover; raise heat to medium and cook 5 to 10 minutes, basting frequently until chicken is cooked through and tender. Serve chicken with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
