16 oz Thin Rice Noodles
5 large Carrots, Baby
6 tsp Ginger Root
5 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

brown chicken. remove chicken and cube. in pot add chicken stock, chicken, carrots, white wine vinegar, ginger and soy sauce (opt.). simmer for 20 min. toss in noodles and stir!
