Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Chicken Miso Soup

4 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1/4 cup yellow miso
4 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 lb chicken breast, cut
2 cups spinach, fresh

Recipe Directions for Ginger Chicken Miso Soup

  1. Large Saucepan: stock, water, miso, giner. whisk together and bring to a simmer. reduce heat to medium and simmer until miso is dissolved. about 3 mins.

  2. Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is opaque throughout. about 2 mins.

  3. Add spinach and cook until slightly softened, but still green. about one minute.
